I call myself The Nifty Illustrator (A.K.A. celina garcia-leoni) and am a self-taught artist and animal lover from London (UK).

I enjoy creating characters & imaginary worlds using bold lines and colours in a unique cartoon-like style.

My illustrations are hand drawn using pen and paper, then painted with acrylic or digitally coloured using adobe illustrator. My 3-d artwork is handmade.

i have lived with depression for many years and my creative pursuits have helped me through some difficult times. they continue to play a therapeutic role my life.

i work for an animal welfare organisation as a veterinary care assistant and like to spend time with my rescued dogs.

My creative icons include: Charles Schultz, Sir Quentin Blake, Tove Jansson, Roger Hargreaves and Tony Hart.
